Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Timepiece

Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a refund.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, removing any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your receipt; once our workshop inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
